Use Twitter to update PBWiki

This is an experiment to test twitter and PBWiki integration.  The Tuttle Club encourages attendees to add their name to a list on the wiki.  This tool uses twitter and replaces the manual need to add your name to the list. 

To say you will be attending the next tuttle club, simply tweet:  #tuttlebot going anywhere in your tweet message.

To see this in action, go ahead and tweet #tuttlebot going, and you will see your name and tweet appear in the list on this page.
